When using the three-roller, it is necessary to pre-mix the materials, and to control the amount of the dispersion medium, too much will increase the wear between the media, resulting in a decrease in the particle size of the dispersion medium; too little will increase the spacing of the dispersion medium. , reduce the carbon black dispersion efficiency.
