In order to ensure the normal production and operation of the carbon black industry, the company is consciously limiting production, and the production limit is based on market demand. The original production base is 10%-20%, ensuring the balance between supply and demand in the market; stabilizing carbon black The raw material oil market does not participate in the bad competition behavior of raising the price of raw material oil; stable market sales are sold according to reasonable profit space; for Chinese carbon black exported to the international market, it is also required to be unable to compete disorderly.
